OFFICIAL RULES FOR T-SHIRT CONTEST

99.1PLR, Trailblazer and the New Haven Advocate invite you to design the official tee shirt for Connecticut's premier running event, the 31st Annual Stratton Faxon New Haven Road Race.

2008 Prizes

1st Prize - Five pair of New Balance running shoes.
2nd Prize - Two pair of New Balance running shoes.
3rd Prize - A $100 Savings Bond is awarded to the best design submitted by an artist 15 years old or younger.
  • Design may incorporate up to four spot (PMS) colors.
  • Design should not exceed 4 x 4 inches.  This year's shirts will be technical running shirts and the winning design will be shown on the breast plate.
  • Sponsors are not to be included in the artist's design.
  • Design must include reference to: (a)  Stratton Faxon New Haven Road Race (b) 20k & 5k (c) September 1, 2008.
  • Entries must be received by August 4, 2008 and sent in an envelope clearly marked "T-shirt Contest" to: New Haven Road Race, P.O. Box 1893, New Haven, CT 06508. Include your name address, telephone number and age (if age15 or under). Entries become the property of the Stratton Faxon New Haven Road Race. Decisions of the race board of directors are final. Members of the board and their families are not eligible to participate.
