Water Stations

Aid stations providing water and medical support are located at every mile along the 20K race course. Over 300 volunteers provide runners with 30,000 cups of water and 500 gallons of Gatorade. In 2013, Gatorade will again be served at all aid stations and GU Gel will be served at the 7 mile aid station.

Each water station has a team captain and up to 40 volunteers. Groups that man the water stations vary from youth groups and boy scout troops to local businesses and friends who have volunteered for many years.
